Title: In Sickness and in Health

Author: welsh_scotsman

Author's note: A jury in the UK is made up of 12 people. Initially, unanimity is required for a verdict to be reached. However, if that is not the case, a minimum of 10:2 in favour of a verdict will be accepted. Anything less results in a hung jury and a new jury would have to be sworn in

to be fair, we have to remember that the jury don't have the insight that we do and logically, if we were on a jury and all we saw was what was presented to us by clark or by strutt, i think we probably would also maybe be more swayed by strutt than clark. However ,it is also important to note that there was not a unanimous decision which shows that at least two people didn't whole heartedly believe strutt enough to give a not guilty verdict :)
