Did you talk about feeling flush in the house or the car? They can hear, you know. And as soon as they find out that you have a little bit of extra money or are feeling comfortable, they plot out your financial demise. Well, I don't think it is quite as malevolent as all that, but like kids, once they know you have money, they find things that they need right away.

Never ever talk about feeling flush in your home or your car. The mall or a restaurant is a good place for it.

You probably can get a tax credit for replacing the boiler with something more energy-efficient.

Yes, probably. And it's a rental unit, so I can take all payments off as deductions. I can take the entire abatement off as a deduction.

If you work it right, you can come-out break-even or nearly so, proving that one *can* spit-polish a turd.

Not so much with your car and the consequent insurance cost hike.

i just had 600 more dollars in acr stuff last weekend. it never come at convenient time.
