My last week in brief

• I have to be travelling far away in a bit to go to a stupid conference so Im gonna keep it sort.
  
  
• I played lacrosse in Cardiff on Sunday. I scored 7 goals.
• Monday I went out for my friend Arjun's birthday. We went to Shilam the best indian restaurant in town I had cheese and spinach curry (Yes I know it sounds horrible but its the best damn curry

Is Sid doing okay?

I heard he's doing as well as someone with a heart attack is.

He's gone to Morriston Hospital to have a pacemaker fitted. Its not the first time he's had a heart attack either. Poor Bastard.

He is just like Merv the security guard in Scrubs, always with a happy smile on his face and always makes your day.

I hope he recovers, he's awesome.
