Wen, you wrote any new scenes about the tiny terrible twins yet? a novella about fake-8-year-old boy is not interesting enough. Hal is fun but, well, he's fakeo. And Boo has too little screen time.

I strongly suspect that Jane is the main character here. I also suspect that Tinker has a lot more relatives than she knew!

Also: Jane is 12 years older than Boo, as she was 12 when Boo was born; she would be 18 when Boo was 6. (And even that is a stretch. It's hard to believe she's only 26 or so.)

My reading is that Boo was two years old when Jane was twelve and their father died. The exact words are something to the effect that Boo was a baby when their father died. It is also quite clear that although their nicknames are the same Tinker's mother and Jane's baby sister are two completely different people.

That is how I see it anyway.

Also--now that Oilcan is a Domana, who is going to race for Team Tinker? (I vote for Boo!)

Also, Requiem sharks are a genus, not a species. (There are ~50 species!)

Nothing has been said that elves, even domana class should be unable to take part in the hover-bike races.

At least nothing that I can remember.

The way I read things in the novels is that Domana are kept (for their own protection and others') out of activities that will risk them breaking fingers, thus leaving them unable to use the spell stones.

Very good novella, Ms. Spencer. I have already read it twice and it gets me laughing out loud every time.

Insanely great! I have tears in my eyes at the ending. I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful, in every sense of the word, this story was.

Thank you for posting this novella. I hope that it might be an appetizer to keep us, your fans, excited about the "Elfhome" series while you are in the final stages of publishing the next full sized novel????? PLEASE?

In case it hasn't been clear in my preceding paragraph, let me be completely frank. (What? I have NO desire to be Frank, I'm completely happy being Hope.) I have VERY much enjoyed all three of the books and the novella you have provided to this date.

with love,

Hope

You need to write more Wen Spencer. You could easily make this a novel. Also as it regards the mainline Tinker stories don't wait so long in between stories. You need to become a machine ma'am! Put out that product.
