Also, all of this has reminded me that keeping a travel journal is a good idea. I'm going to be driving from San Francisco to Seattle/Vancouver in August, and I shall do the same... it won't be anywhere near as interesting to read as yours, but still...

I already ate chicken feet. They're tasty but hard to eat because of all the bones.

I always thought they were semi-tasteless... but frogs' legs are yummy :D
