Hello out there Christmasy world! I'm very festive this year. :) And I have a tree!! I am ridiculously excited about that. As soon as I had money (Yes, my loan check finally arrived), I went out and bought a real tree and some deco stuff. Well, first I bought food. But then I bought a tree! My tree sorta has a theme - it is all red and gold

Hello to you to! Ummm...I got my Christmas card from you today!!! It wasn't late at all. :) I didn't send any. :P I really didn't do much for Christmas this year. I did buy some presents. Not a whole lot, and not too impressive because my job doesn't pay well, but nice all the same. I woke up to snow on the ground this morning. It wasn't in the forecast! It was a happy surprise. But it should have come tomorrow night!!!! It's almost gone now. Rain, melting, and such. I have the day after Christmas off!! Nicki said that we were going to be overstaffed and I mentioned that JoNell was in town and it would be nice to have an extra day. I got it! Well, I have dinner with the crowd tonight at 5...so, I'd better go and get ready! Lots of love and a very merry Christmas!!!

Our Christmas card did arrive today, and we loved it. And, I woke up to snow floating down. It was pretty, but after my second cup of coffee, I said, please God, don't do this to my Mother! We are supposed to go up, with Jeanne and Bill for a get together. Although she says she isn't doing anything special, and no gifts are allowed, I know she is going to extra trouble. I also made a new batch of sugar cookies just for Russ, even using the quite large cookie cutter his Dad made for them. And a pumpkin pie for Dad and Bill. (They like my pie, and real whipping cream
