Well, my computer ish finally fixed-ed!! I am now able to use the scanner and the memory reader and such so I *finally* got my Otakon pics on the net ^.^;;; SO! This is teh month-late-Otakon post of DOOM!
Well, I must admit, Otakon wasn't as fun as last year, but I still had a great time~~ I was a bit disappointed with the lack of GSD cosplay (I only found 1xLacus/Kira/Luna. I *did* see a ShinSute couple, but I couldn't snap a piccy ;-; ). I also never thought to take a picture of *myself* in costume ^o^. BUT! I did find a picture I was about 1/4 in XD This was yanked from someone else's site (since I obviously can't take a piccy of myself from that angle XD
Anyway, I ended up only wearing Hagi on Friday (and not even the whole day XD). I went around, stopped in a few random vid rooms, went to the Mucc panel XDD (where I vainly attempted to get a good picture of them. 'Twas too far away ;-;), then got on the dealer's room line X.X Dear god. AND GET THIS!!! When I finally got in the dealer's room, the staff pulled me out of it and took me to security to inspect Hagi's case XDDDDD So then, I had to get *back* on line. Had fun shopping for pr0n doujinshi though. That case was spacious ^o^ I probably would have kept on lugging around the guitar case all day long if it hadn't suddenly gained about 20 pounds after my shopping spree XD While I had the costume on, I got a lot of "OMG! it's Hagi!". Interestingly enough, I got the most pics taken of me while I was shopping at the yaoi pr0ndoujinshi table XDDD BUT, it was a good thing I did ditch the cosplay because after re-arriving at the con and noticing I left my con schedule in Hagi's case, I went to the Information desk to get a new one. Now, I didn't really want a second one, so I stood there memorizing what the hell I was gonna do for the rest of the night and where everything was, and up comes a girl asking about the Mucc concert. Now imagine my glee when the Information guy pulls out a little stack of unclaimed Mucc concert tickets like they were illegal drugs and offers them to us. SCORE!!!! Not only did I get a ticket, which I missed out on that morning, I also scored a person to go with XDD Somehow, after arriving right before they opened the doors and being like, the billionth person in line, we ended up near the front in the mosh pit and the people that were ahead of us in line were behind us XD The concert was farking AWESOME ^o^ Not only did Mucc roxxorz, there was this totally gorgeous guy right in front of me that kept on falling backwards into me XDDD He was teh smex. By the end of the concert, I ended up about 3 people from the stage. Great view XD OH, and Nana Kitade managed to get her fake hair stuck in her guitar. That was amusing. "I am a Japanese Princess!" XDDD So yeah, I scored a cd, a poster, and a t-shirt.
Needless to say, from all the moshing and the lugging of the heavy case with new boots on, I was in pain Saturday morning. So after I drilled a few more screws in Sesshoumaru's armor (first time I ever took power tools to a hotel ^.^;;), I donned my concert t-shirt, loaded up my back-pack and decided that Saturday would be a picture taking day ^o^ I'm just gonna list some of my faves since I took a billion pics. Although, I have a lot here anyway ^.^ Oh and saiyengirl! This is proof I did see you!! ^.^;;;;;;;;;;;;

I uhh, haven't scanned my Sunday pictures yet ^.^;; But anyway, I did some more shopping on Saturday and picked up some Rah DX's and the Blood+ figurine with Hagi holding up Saya (that reminds me, I need to do a post on reactions to episode 49 O.O Much sadness. ). I also got a Meer boobies, stripping!Lunamaria, and a Seras with the freaky arm ^.^ After unloading my loot, I went and camped out the masquerade. Got a great seat, right up front and on the aisle. No one's head was obstructing my view THIS year ^o^ Makes me wish I brought a video camera ;-; LOVE TO THE STREET FIGHTER SKIT!! Other good ones included Sora and Riku dancing and a Gaara doing the chicken dance ("Hello Gaala, oh and if it isn't Sas..Sas... SasTREVOR!!! XDDDDDDDDDD Love.)
Sunday was generally just me walking around as Sesshy and hiding random things in my sleeves ^o^ I spent a lot of time Sudoku on my cell phone. I did do a mini get together with some other Inuyasha peeps and got piccies taken, but Sunday was generally blah. After the con was over, however, I had to accompany my cousin to the aquarium and dinner. . . still wearing my costume. Got a lot of stares. BUT MAN!! Sesshoumaru's outfit is SO.DAMN.COMFY when you ditch the wig, fluffy, and spiky armor. Twas teh awesome.
....... So yeah, that was my Otakon adventure. Something else a lot more interesting probably happened, but I can't remember now XD I'm gonna make a doujinshi/Blood+ post tomorrow since it's like, 11:30 and I have work at the crack of dawn tomorrow ^^;;; Laters~~~~~~
