Nobuo Uematsu just crashed the video game concert I went to!

He's the guest of honor that this year's Anime Boston and the Video Game Orchestra did a set tonight.. He was a surprise special guest at the very end and he did a ten minute set with them of ff7 music.

I'm not a huge FF7 music geek, but this was love!

I remember when I first played through Final Fantasy VI. That man almost single handedly sparked my choice of career by utterly enrapturing me with Squaresoft. I was lucky enough to meet and express my gratitude in Japanese to him at my school, if only for a shining moment.
