I did that with Roy and we went to San Antonio for the weekend a while ago. We ended up getting to share the gospel with a random guy in tha barrio, take alot of amazing pictures, get to know my old roommate Joel alot better, and have a wonderful time enjoying eachother's company. We slept in the back of Roy's truck and lived on tortillas and juice, it was amazing. Definately go for it!

I have totally wanted to do this. The only thing is...I like to plan. If I'm going somewhere I like to do a little research b/c I like to know the history of things and so on. It makes you enjoy the spot better! I also love having the map. One day I hope my husband lets me have the map!

I kind of did that when I first moved to San Angelo. I just got in the car, started driving, and went wherever the roads took me. I think that would be awesome to have a completely spontaneous trip and have no destination in mind. Don't forget that you're never lost if you have gas!!
