Today I was able to get my husband's cell phone problem fixed! He lost his phone last week. He uses his cell phone so little that he has one with prepaid minutes and it had over 400 minutes left on it. I needed the serial number off the old phone to transfer the minutes and his phone number to a new phone. Hubby had thrown away the paper work
