That's disgusting that they aren't scooping their dogs poop. Yuck! You need to do some sort of bad JuJu spell on your neighbors, so they'll pick up and move....or maybe you can act bad too. You could mow your lawn at midnight perhaps? ;-)

It wouldn't be so disgusting if they had a bigger yard, smaller dogs or fewer dogs : ( I am sure they aren't even aware of the stink coming into my yard.

I won't be able to mow at midnight. It's past my bedtime : ) And dark too!

i have exactly the same issue when i work near one of our fences. i planted a bunch of gladioli hoping not to ever have to work near there again.

It would take a LOT of chickens to poop as much as 2 German Shepards and the other 2+ dogs that live in that tiny backyard. And chickens don't bark.
