No computer time

Didn't have much time to play on the computer this weekend or this morning either. I need to leave here in just a minute to go pick up Autumn. Things are good here. Nothing really newsworthy. That's a good thing isn't it? : )

Yep, much better than news of something like brakes failing : } So glad you guys are ok.

Couple of years ago the brakes went out on my son's old BIG HEAVY 69 Chevelle. He was in traffic but was able to pull into a parking lot. At that point he was going really slow. He pulled into a parking place with an incline and a tall sidewalk thinking that would stop him but it didn't. That old car hopped the sidewalk and hit the front of a pawn shop and the bars in the pawn shop stopped him. Fortunately the pawn shop had closed about 30 minutes earlier. No one was injured. No ticket. Just a very shaken driver and his passenger. (and an increase in insurance premium of course).

There was a really good part to the pawn shop crash - the look on my son's face when I showed up there. He was really glad to see me : ) Shortly after the crash we were able to convince him to drive something different. Can't imagine trying to buy enough gas for that old guzzler now.
