here's what i think, they are a group of surfer-esque meat men so they 'TOTALLY steal meat from the rich and give it to the poor, dude'. (you have to say that last bit in the surfer voice for full effect)

No, no, no. They're accountants, tasked with adding up all the meat distribution-related numbers in the area.

Now, as to why they need a truck...my only guess is that their accountants are all working inside. Saves on office rental.
