I took the day off work today so I could actually get over my cold, rather than prolong it by being stressed at work. Having to manage a class of crazed middle-school kids is pretty much the worst way to try and get over an illness, so I had to say no to another day on the job. We have tickets for the outlands festival, and are trying to decide if we are going to go and make a mini vacation out of it, or just go for radiohead and back down to see them again on sunday (cause we have tickets for hollywood bowl), but I would hate to miss wilco. In any case if we do end up there on that sunday we should grab a drink or something :)
