Pry me away from the TV, please!
I went to go see a preview movie tonight called "Crazy" based on the life of guitar player Hank Garland. I couldn't believe how much they tried to shove into the hour and a half that it played. Only two weeks until I get health insurance...go figure
I'm so freakin' sick it's disgusting! I've only been working two weeks at ARB and I've already missed two days! Not to mention my throat is so raw it hurts to think about talking...and why is there nothing on TV whenever I actually get to watch????

Senseless tragedies amuse me
I'm sitting here watching Final Destination 3...I think this movie has very serious replay value. I never get tired of seeing these self-obsessed teenagers die in the most bloody drawn out gruesome ways. Yeah, the acting is amature, the plot...simplistic and the humor...non-existant, but I love the gore and they sure do it up on the suspense. ( Read more... ) -

Okay, so seriously...what's up with the football season this year??? Injuries left and right...broken legs, ankles, torn muscles. It's sad seeing so many grown men cry! -
Bananas in Pajamas
I went to Fridays tonight....and as Daly puts it, "the bartender was evil." I ordered my usual Lynchberg Lemonade and oooh I could feel the burn. It was so well stacked that I ended up feeling like I normally do after two or three...and Sarah, you and Joy should know what that means. It reminded me of Vegas!

Labor Day Weekend
well, I figure if I don't post now then I will be waiting until it's too late. Daly & I took a nice drive last weekend...all the way to San Francisco. Most of the drive was on the Pacific Coast Highway, sometimes it merged into the 101, but there were some absolutely gorgeous views! Football....woot woot
Alright, I admit it, football = inane. However, tonight was South Carolina's first game and I got into it. It was complete with both quarterbacks getting injured....luckily theirs a little more than ours. But what's a broken collarbone between teams? Isn't it funny how you can feel so close to someone even if they're millions of miles away? Or even years away? I have so many memories of friends that are still so close to my heart that I know I'll never forget them, or stop loving them.
