I won't, I repeat, WON'T run the school. That's the headmaster's job, k thanks. The Student Council is just there to receive complaints and suggestions to actually make your school life more enjoyable. Such as giving idea for events, how to make the dorms more comfortable, what would you like in cafeteria food, if you have any complaints on a certain teacher, etc.

A Student Council works as an INTERMEDIATE between the students and the headmaster, to make him hear what the student population wants and try to make it real.
