Horrible Day

Argh, what a horrible day. Crawling under bed covers seems like a good idea. Between horrible retailers and customers at work (I don't even work on customer service dept!!!), horrible banks (I'm actually considering closing my account at HSBC), stupid bills that don't make any sense, rapidly disappearing money, and then to arrive to listen people

Yeah and then unbelivably, it got worse. I just had the most horrible email.
