As your resident Brazilian expert, I promise you it won't be that painful. But even if you have a low tolerance for pain, it is so worth it when bathing suit season rolls around and you don't have to be constantly worried about stray pubes.

Yeah, I'm pretty good with pain, but even if it hurts it'll totally be worth it for that!

Lauren it hurts like hell and then I broke out all over the place. SEXY. I won't do it again. Maybe I will. Eh, it's so much easier though. Just don't let them put alcohol on it after, that's why why it broke out.

Sexy smoky eyes!!!

So as you know last night I tried my hand at the smoky eye thing that neither of us are ostensibly good at doing/pulling off. Although I think I may have pulled it off and I will share with you the process.

1. Cover eyelid with powder or whatever for better hold.
2. Cover lid [only lid don't go all the way up b/c that's creepy] with dark gray [charcoal?] eyeshadow. I usually lick my finger and then apply the eye shadow with my finger-- the moisture makes it stick better I think.
3. Line upper eyelashes with liquid liner-- but start very very thin near the middle and then get thicker toward the outer corner of the eye.
4. Overzealously coat lashes in mascara, sweeping them out toward the corner. Also, my favorite is L'Oreal Double Extend.
5. Line lower lashes with eyeliner, then smudge so that it's not a sharp line.
6. Optional: Highlight brow bone with a subtle shimmery eyeshadow.

Viola. I should work for Cosmo.
