I may have been like that in my youth if I saw a toy. Sometimes I'm like that when I see a particularly cute nutcracker. Usually then I find out I have it's way too expensive and/or I have no money on me, and that really hurts.

Take it home. On the way, I'd give it a lecture about how I didn't have much of a budget, and to tell the rest of the stuffed animals to not try and pull this crap. :)

It would depend on how expensive it was! If it was affordable, I'd probably just buy it and go along with the emotions (I have bought things on a relatively similiar feeling - there was a beautiful toy swan that I knew wanted to come home with me and at the end of the day, I went back into the shop and bought him) So, yeah, I'd go for it! :)

If it was small and inexpensive, I'd just buy it. If it was large or expensive, I'd have to consider more carefully about how seriously to take the feeling, and what it was coming out of.
