this guy has got to be the ultimate moron... or at least has the mental maturity of a 5 year old. we went out to upload a training load onto a plane earlier today and i had that crappy nco on my load team that bailed on me a couple of weeks ago when we were both on standby-by. today he was technically a "team chief". *sigh*
