Still too close to definitively rule it out. Tensions between Georgia and Russia have been high since the USSR's dissolution. You can bet dollars to pesos that pipeline is a big part of why.

I never said I support ossetian independence. What I meant to say here is that whoever mounts the aggression (whether that's Ossetia or Georgia, I don't really care) should expect their ass kicked, and that would be damn fair.

Sure thing. You support annexation of territories of neighboring countries by Russia by means of war then? (what frikking independence? "Iskonno russkie zemli", ne?)
