Yeah I remember reading about the building that went up in that space. They were still building it when I left in 08

The photo must have been taken sometime after 2005. If you look closely you can just see the Cira Center just to the right of the brick building at the corner of 39th and Chestnut. No sign of the Comcast Building either.
