see, this is utter proof that you are a friggin' beast because you did a hard workout in the rain. Anyone who does that is classified as a beast in my book, so congratulations! :) Guess what though? I just ran about an hour ago, and it was B-E-A-UUUUUTIFUL outside. Jealous? haha* ;) Just wait until camp comes, and it will be so humid outside that we will be praying for rain everyday. <3 Love ya, ~Nicole~

this is the third time i wrote this responce..woohoo beasts running in the rain and sunshine today!
that workout was 10 times worse cause of the rain..but it was just intervals after more intervals after more intervals! our whole team was beasting it and proving themselves today
this shall pay off in the end when we have meets vs. montour and moon...lets hope our competion is crying in the end...but that would be harsh...we just really want to beat them!! u know how it is
you and christina and your rainy day runs...reminds me of our rainy day adventure in sq hill with tad and the orange...and chirstina dancing in the car for us :-p
haha...that was awesome! that day will stick with me forever..i've been to your house enough times u think i would remember which house was urs..but i guess not!
