Running in the heat really does suck. I had a crappy workout on Tuesday because of it, so don't feel bad! Besides, spankies are so much better than shorts because nothing is rubbing up against your legs. I feel like I am on fire when I run in them. haha*

Geez, I never get to talk to you because I am a busy college student, and I miss you! You better keep us posted more often!! :) Good luck with the rest of your season!

well we had a nice run today i ran for 1 hour and 30 mins...once an hour run...then a 30 min one...well it was the other way around
