I didn't know there was such thing as a livejournal nudge!

Jan 12, 2006 21:59

I mean, rikes has been poking me and telling me to update for a while, I come to rely on such reminders and could possibly forget to post for months at a time without her, but apparently there is an actual livejournal protocol to foist on unsuspecting lazy ljers such as myself.

So today's post is brought to you by rikes and powrhug and their fiery pitchforks of ( Read more... )

What's all this talk about fiery pitchforks? Come on, I was just gently poking. ;)

Hey, do you have to wear sunscreen in the winter as well if the ozone thing is that bad?

*hugs* The anemic thing sucks. But it's good to know what the problem is, right? That you know why you're so tired all the time. Did he say anything about some kind of a diet?

I've been trying to spend less time on the computer, too, because my right wrist starts to hurt sometimes. I think I should do some defriending, but I don't know who to cut.

In other news, I just printed TWYKH, and the printer almost died. ;)

You do indeed need to wear sunscreen in winter, it is that bad.

He didn't elaborate on any diet, he was all about the 6 week crash course to up my iron levels.

Yes! That is a hard task for the poor printer, how many pages did it turn out to be?

I mean, you might need a diet in order to keep the iron levels up. Tablets are good for quickly increasing them, but you don't want to eat them for the rest of your life, do you? But if he didn't say anything, then you shouldn't worry about it.

I can't remember how many pages it was, but although I printed on both sides it was a lot "".

I have also been cutting back on the time that I spend on the computer (incase that wasn't obvious). I'm on the computer most of the day at work, and combining that with many hours at home really makes for a fucked up neck/shoulder and occasionally carpal tunnel issues.

Oh, I know - I think I spend 80% of my waking hours behind the computer (and the rest driving to and from work). Try a stress ball for your hands and wrists! And I can't say enough about the value of a good chair.

I definitely need to get a better chair for home, but thanks for the stress ball suggestion. :)

I love your icon, very cool.

'nudging" isn't as fun as poking, but it'll do! =D

Hey you! I've been meaning to come back to this pose & download some 30 Seconds to Mars, but I kept forgeting. Heh. Erm, so thanks!

And er, Jared Leto is in 30 Seconds to Mars? How come I did not know this?

Also, I just finished watching the pilot of SG:A the other day and I got to agree with you, it kicks ass! If I'd saw this from the beginning instead of some random episode, I might have jumped on the bandwagon a little earlier.

Yes.

Hey chica, how's it going?

I'm really liking the 30 Seconds to Mars, I hadn't heard of them before I knew that they were Jared Leto's band. Let me know if you'd like me to upload the film clips, he's very hot in them.

SG:A certainly does rock, and the fic is pretty damn excellent too. I am so completely in love with Sheppard and McKay, separately and together, they are brilliant (and super hot) characters.

Yes indeed. ;)
