HE'S GONE!! The have-a-heart trap worked. I am glad that I did not have to crush his little head. It was icky carrying the cage with him running back and forth. I don't like them either. We were always getting mice in our old house. *shudders* But I'd rather mice, rats and squirrels than ever have a snake. I am terrified of snakes!

If that had been a snake I would have sold the house and moved away. If he was lucky I might tell my husband where I lived now. Serves him right for abandoning me in my time of need. I should have locked the stupid thing in the room where he keeps his model trains. :-)
