Butt will always hurt, especially if one has been off the bike for a while.

Might considering getting bike shorts if you want a quick and easy way to extend your endurance. Though just putting the butt on that seat every couple days should build up your endurance as well!

I second the bike shorts. They really do help. I managed to find some with gel in the seat, as opposed to the usual foam, and omg. It changed my life.
