So des' laptop crapped out, some short in the system board that caused her to runf off battery sometimes finally came to a head. She cant boot the thing now. She can get it fixed, but it may cost up to $700. I personaly think she should just invest in a new system for that much. But she is adament about keeping her laptop. Which is fine, its her

I have RAM. I'm pretty sure it's PCI? Two 256 sticks.

hey chris. Is it just running out of power? cause it might be the ac adapter. cause Des was telling me that the chrage light would flicker on if you played the cord a little. look into that as a cheaper solution. oh and also. i have veg's old mobo and cpu (asus mobo and amd athlon xp 2200+ with 256 pc2700)if she wants to borrow it
