I remember this one well - wonderful! This was such a stand out episode, and I loved how you gave us this extended scene, and just a few moments of h/c and a lovely quiet brotherly moment. Take care :)

I don't remember if I commented the first time--just in case, I'll comment again. :)

Given how frantic Dean is in this episode, this feels like a very natural follow-through. I especially loved the touches where Dean juxtaposes his care for itty!Sam with the actual Sam lying there in bed. And the way he's already trying to map out the least arduous route to get home... <3

Thanks! Glad you liked this one and that Dean's reaction played out. There was a little "Terms of Endearment" moment thrown in there that mimics Shirley MacLaine climbing in the baby crib - "the baby's not breathing!" :)
