Been to see Dr about my foot and it turns out I have a Morton's Neuroma which is a tumour on the nerve endings in the middle toes. Not scary tumour though - completely benign and not really a tumour in the strictest sense of the word- more an inflammation of the nerves in reaction to being plump and wearing daft shoes and jumping about in the gym
