Woke up like a corpse, snapping into a 90 degree position with half opened eyes.

“Did yesterday happen?” I asked myself.

What a stupid question.  Of course yesterday happened!  There can’t be a random void in time, can’t there?  What I meant to think was did the EVENTS of yesterday happen.  And why am I arguing with myself
