Yeah, my problem was that Sam(my cat) got sick right before Christmas so I couldn't afford to get people things then. And partially it was due to the fact that the gift, which was a movie, didn't come out until this month.

That's pretty shitty though. Especially after you went out of your way to do something for her. I don't know. Maybe it's a good thing because now you know who your real friends are.
