Weyoun receives a heavily-encrypted message from the Alpha Quadrant. It's not clear whether it's from Kasidy Yates's mun or from Jake Sisko; in any case, when he finally unravels the message, there is only a single image file and two words: "A Gift."

Weyoun opens the message, careful to isolate it and protect his comm system from any of those nasty viruses that eat the insides of your computer and leave you vulnerable to attack--that is how Weyoun Three died, after all. He sends it through several decoders before finally tackling it himself, and managing to slosh through the complicated Bajoran coding.

He views the image file, and then throws his head back and laughs. How indescribably perfect! Shaking his head, he places the image in his reserve file to use as needed. He must remember to send a thank-you file on the same frequency, with equally complicated Vorta coding.
