My first, recognizable one, in fact. All the other times in my life when I've been "depressed", there were good reasons, (sometimes as lame as pms, sometimes more solid.) Not that I was never clinically depressed, but the only way (without chemical tests,) to be really really sure a depression is clinical is for there to be no real explanation.

Pantothenic Acid & other lovely b-vitamins are always my favorite. I'm afraid I don't know offhand what vitamins your body produces as a result of exposure to sunlight, but hey, that's what google is for.

I took a fat multi and some alpha-lipoics to help with the grog and ache. We'll see if that helps at all.
