Mild Seasonal Depression

My first, recognizable one, in fact. All the other times in my life when I've been "depressed", there were good reasons, (sometimes as lame as pms, sometimes more solid.) Its probably SAD. I've noticed that i'm kinda immobile lately too, and it seems to be going around, going by the rest of my friendslist.

Pantothenic Acid & other lovely b-vitamins are always my favorite. I'm afraid I don't know offhand what vitamins your body produces as a result of exposure to sunlight, but hey, that's what google is for.

Well, there's A & D, that you get from milk, but milk gets it from sunlight, and C too, of course, which is pretty much sunshine in a pill...
I took a fat multi and some alpha-lipoics to help with the grog and ache. We'll see if that helps at all.

I have to agree about the B vitamins. They should help some. I know they do me, this time of year. You know my depression is clinical...and this time of year just sucks with all the SAD added in. Luckily, with my job, I can actually see the sunshine, so it's not as bad.

*hugs* Love you hon, and I hope it gets better.
