it's so odd how american houses look so different from ours, it's what baffles me every time when I am abroad, how diverse architecture and construction is.
It looks cosy, how many rooms do you have? I hope I can crash on your floor should I ever make it to the states.
Please keep us updated on the progress, pictures galore. If you plan on getting floorboards, I have set those plenty of times I can give you a hand ;)

This is very true. Architecture varies greatly depending on region too. This style, the use of wood, and the color is really common in the Pacific Northwest.

Yeah, it doesn't look too big from the picture, but there's a part that sticks back that you can't see from this angle. It's 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and I think it's 2500 square feet (maybe only 2300).

Yes, I will update with many pictures! I'm going to start a blog, so I'll link posts on it on here so people can see :D
