Oh, what tangled webs we all weave, to quote William Shakespeare and how apropos for my own life at the moment. In these last few weeks alone, I've been kicked out of my college, nearly kicked out of another for almost starting a riot, nearly hired for a TV show and began to speak with a therapist and yet, I feel as if I'm back at square one. Damn, that's a messy business with the enrolments. Seems they're much more lenient in my part of the world - I've known people who've failed the same compulsory course several years in a row without the university taking action. I hope that things will all come together for you, though, since it's sometimes harder to get back into study after taking a significant break from it. On the other hand, if the apathy is overwhelming, it can sometimes be better to come back after a hiatus.

Whenever you try to talk yourself out of seeing a counsellor, ignore the inner voice and go anyway:)

I went back and forth about staying enrolled somewhere, but another big factor was that if I stayed a full-time student, I stayed on my family insurance plan, so that sort of tipped the scales a bit.

As for the therapy, I'm trying my best. So long as they don't perscribe any drugs, and it just stays as talking and discussion, I think it'll be all right.

Though who knows what the future holds? I have decided I'm going to get my act together before 2010 and get down to visit you, but the question is, will I have a degree when I arrive?

Thanks, as always for the advice.

I can't recommend going to the time and expense of paying me a visit. I'm really not the same in person as I am online; it'd only end in disappointment as it has done for others.

Oh stop!

The opinions, values and things you do for enjoyment reflect the person you are and you're certainly the kind of person I'd like to meet!

It's good to hear what your final decision was. I had been wondering, but was hesitant to ask.

What tv show was just to late to get?

We shall talk more in the near future, it's time for the cold ride from the library to class.

Yeah, in the end, I think I'll just have to swallow my pride and find a way to get through it. For all my ideals and views on things, it's better to have a degree than not, right?

All the best
