[At first you might think that the wind's just blowing particularly strong today. That is, until you notice it blowing in circles in a particular spot within The Square, the leaves surrounding you getting sucked into the motion.
And if it's not a natural occurrence in your world, you might also be surprised to see a little girl appearing in the middle of the twister-like movement of air, seemingly out of nowhere.
She's little, no more than 11 years old, and is looking around with an expression that's stern and devoid of any confusion or questioning. She also happens to be wearing a red ninja garb, and as she begins to explore the place, one hand draws to the hilt of the sword on her back.
