In one of the comment threads below, annonymous someone (You really can sign your name to my journal) asked about my thoughts on homosexuality. So here they are for anyone interested. Greek translations really do reveal a lot... i'm not sayhing that i agree with you with everything, but the do say alot of things...

my edl 318 professor also gave another interesting one... in leviticus, the book that first says something about homosexuality, the Hebrew word that says it is actually the same as something like do not eat unclean animals...

and she also has the theory that paul was homosexual as well.

i thougth you'd find that interesting as well.

and in case you were wondeirng, i was not the anonymous person. i usually leave my name. and, i also think being homosexual has biological reasons behind it. if i didn't, i'd be discrediting my bi-polarism and saying that *that* could be biological, but homosexuality couldn't.

also...forgot to mention this as well..
about the Bible being black and white... even in 1 corithians (not the OT, is wha ti'ms aying) Paul is telling women to keep silent in worship and wear head coverings.

just another mention about what we'd be doing as well...
