I've decided to expand my calorie range from 1400-1600 calories per day to 1200-1800 per day. I think with more flexibility I won't stress out as much about having to be in that narrow range. Plus 1800 cals a day is not that much more, and if my body burns around 2300/day then I'm still cutting back 500/day which means I can still lose a pound a week. Which is better than no loss.
