Simon's Rock is calling, and honestly, right now i can't think of a reason not to go. I'm too happy for words about getting accepted, but I'm also kind of nervous, in a good way. its such a huge step, living away from home, and doing actual college level work, not bullshit AP stuff. technically I'm dropping out of high school, and its uncertain ( Read more... )

Just reading that makes me feel so happy for you. Like, that it's so beautiful how life can just fit absolutely perfectly. Why would it be dropping out if you're going to a different school?

i'll miss you too!! its gonna be really really really hard for me to leave everyone here, and even though i can't stand albany and im glad to get out of here, its still leaving a comfort zone. anyways, its not like I'm going really far away, great barringtons only an hour from here, and I'll be back for vacations and stuff. so you'll still see me sometimes.

I know, I just got used to seeing you about once a week at AHS. It is a comfort zone. There's some person that said "I like to travel, just as long as I know where I'm going." That applies to times of great change, I think, because you're raring to go and do something new, and on the other hand, there's some small part of you that's terrified of the change.

But I am very happy for you, as you're getting what you've wanted for a long time, which is great. *hugs*

but its gonna be really fucking weird

cause your not gonna be able to come down to the city as often
and i wont see you as often
and you wont be online as often cause you'll actually have a life
and im not gonna be coming to albany anymore, cause you wont be there

you can come visit me at simons rock instead of albany. and I'll still be home pretty often, and you can come up for albany kens, which i still plan to be running.
