Sounds like a lovely recipe!
Would you believe I had to look up "instant pot" to find out what it was? I'll start looking for one today!

I did find this website that looks as though it's got some recipes for it:

I have seriously used nothing else since I got it a week ago. I think I turned on the stove and the oven one time in the past week. I'm making teriyaki beef with veggies AND rice, all in one pot as we speak. My husband calls it my magic pot. :-) There's quite a community around it, with people sharing tips and recipes.

I'm not surprised!
Years back, one of my mom's buddies used to brag on being able to serve dinner within 30 minutes of getting home from work thanks to being able to use her pressure cooker.
I keep seeing old pressure cookers at the Goodwill but I never learned how to use them....I wish I did because I'd be using it regularly!
I don't know of anyone who knows how to use a pressure cooker either, so I can't ask anyone to show me how. So Aggravating!!!

It's like some sort of magic robot for your kitchen. I've yet to cook something in mine that I don't love!

Combination pressure cooker and crock pot with a bunch of pre-programmed heat sequences, etc. We got one for Christmas, too.
