i can't get over the fact that so many of them are *kids*. 11 years old?? jesus. if GW(ithout-a-clue) is THAT worried about kids acting as insurgents, send over a shipment of gameboys. set up an internet cafe with free snacks and unlimited free access to the multiplayer games that have hijacked the brains of many an asian youth...
