Okay, so just a quick opinion question for all you Ls!

Do you think L would fake his own death and put the kids at Wammy's lives in danger to try and decide on the proper successor o:?
I want to do this for an AU, but I'm not sure about it, so OPINIONS??

L just might. There's no saying his limits on these kinds of things especially if he wants to get something done. Choosing a successor under that circumstances is so L to begin with but I think he might be reluctant to push through such a reckless act. There's no saying what his intentions really are but if the situation calls for it, L surely will do it.

I think it would definitely depend on the circumstances. That'd be kind of cruel to do to the W!Kids. But, depending on how you play L--that may or may not be an issue.

Most likely. From what I read of the manga (I haven't seen the entire anime as of yet; I'm a new convert to the series), it'd be best not to put it past him.
