You...

Name: Kelli.
Nickname(s): Don't particularly have one.
Age: 16
Location: Orlando, FL
Three positive adjectives that describe who you are: Funny, intelligent, creative.
Three negative adjectives that describe who you are: Negative, argumentative, and occasionally unapproachable.
Pick a line from a song that you think describes you: And though she looks so sad in photographs, I absolutely love her when she smiles.
Favourite quote "If there's anything half as much fun as being alive, I'd like to know what it is."
Hobbies/Interests: Singing, playing piano, drawing portraits, collecting, painting, collaging, writing, reading, taking pictures, shopping for presents for people.
Likes: My friends, my family, being alone, being with people, rain, wet pavement, candles, art of all kinds, a lot of music, people who can play instruments and sing at the same time, going to concerts, watercolors, inky pens, writing in notebooks, typing, listening to music in the car, looking out the window, people-watching, and a bunch of random, tiny items that are scattered around my room, little figurines or plastic objects that I've been collecting since childhood without even knowing it. I am an artist of sorts, and am very passionate about this. I like to see things in a different perspective. I love the people that I love. I love to love.
Dislikes: People who only ever complain, overly pessimistic people, overly optimistic people, dishonesty, when people back out of things, unreliable people, secrets, overly dramatic people, people who don't take anything too seriously, people who take everything too seriously, kiwi, being sick, when someone else is sick, when people die, seeing the people I love unhappy and desperately wanting to help them, and not being able to.
Same gender stamp?It don't matter.

Would you attempt the impossible, even if you were told it couldn't be done? It depends on the situation. If someone tells me that I'm not going to make it to Parsons, I'm going to keep trying, but then again, I'm not about to jump off of a building in hopes that I'll fly.
Would you do what you thought was right, even without the help or support of others? Absolutely.
Are you dependable? Almost always.
Who or What would you lay in front of a tank for? Anyone I love, the right to stand up for what I believe in, and verbal or creative freedom/expression.

Across the Universe -

Favorite character and why: Max. I think he's such a sweetheart, even if he's completely naive and silly and a bit full of it at the beginning of the movie. I love to see the way he changes throughout the course of the film, and I like the way he treats the people he loves. I think it's interesting, his devotion for his sister and his best friend, while when it comes to girls or 'buddies' it seems like he's a bit careless. It's also very intense, sad, and intriguing to see how much Vietnam changes him, for the worse but also for the better.
Who do you relate to most and why: Probably Prudence, because I know what it feels like to try so hard to find yourself for a lot of your life, and suddenly you meet these people who become your friends and they help you so much more than you ever could have helped yourself. I also relate to Jude because I see my friends hurting and going through things and I just want to tell them that things are going to be okay, and they won't listen, and it's very, very frustrating.
Favorite scene? I love the scene where Jude and Lucy are grabbing at each other during the riot.
Favorite quotes (no more than three): "Learn French or die."
Favorite song-scene Hmm. I like I Want You, With a Little Help From my Friends, Blackbird, and Happiness is a Warm Gun. And no, NOT just because Max is in every one of them and he's really fucking sexy. That's just part of it. x]

stamped: prudence
