yep.
just got into an argument with "George" from the yellow pages on the phone at work.
THEN got into another with his supervisor who ended up hanging up on me.

both called me Ma'am over and over again.

ahahaha... were you trying to get them to stop calling us?

no i figured that if i stayed on throughout the call and gave them what they needed they would stop.
they kept trying to get me to say that im an authorized buyer for the company and i kept saying no and they were all "you dont understand" and im all "no YOU dont understand! im not authorized. no one is exept aviss. so every time you call here and and it's not aviss you need to understand that we are not authorized to do that!"
yeah...
it kept going in circles 'til i got the supervisor named "Ted" and he said the same thing and i said the same thing and he hung up on me.
hopefully it will be the last of the calls.
