Kazuki-kun is a guy who can make/take jokes and is willing to do dumb boy things like stuff they see on the internet. Kida, as far as we're shown in the anime, doesn't have a lot of friends like this. Which makes someone normal like Kazuki super appreciated in a place that has Kida secretly uneasy, especially when Mikado hadn't arrived yet.
At the same time, he's also someone Kida holds at a certain distance due to PAST TRAUMAS and all, which is why whenever they're together he lets himself get caught up in doing dumb boy things. It's this unsubtle barrier Kida sets up all the time. Of course, he'd be willing to help Kazuki out in a pinch and all but y'know WE'RE BROFRIENDS WE DON'T SIT AND TALK ABOUT OUR FEELINGS AND STUFF. He does enjoy their friendship for what it is though and wouldn't ask for anything more or less from it.
Good casual friends are good and casual :(b

Mikage was one of the first people Kida had met in camp and from the start he's been this happy and generous figure in Kida's camp life since then, which really helped a lot in settling Kida past the ahhizayaahhhnewplaceahhh jitters. Kida really appreciates him for this and in turn Mikage's the person Kida would consider himself closest to in camp (prior to BFF arrivals). However, Mikage's still held at that same careful distance Kida has with everyone. He is the first one Kida would go to outside of canonmates though if anything in his life went wrong!
ON ANOTHER/SIDE NOTE Kida was surprised to find out Mikage's infamous fiancee was a boy but Mikage-kun picked him so he MUST be interesting and a good person and thus Kida does not judge. He will just bother Teito-chan that much more.

Okay down to business Kizaki is another one of Kida's 'brofriends' in camp. He's a lot more of a lighthearted and playful friend, as compared to Kida and Kazuki who mock each other out of friendship, which is something Kida values him for. There is nothing more lighthearted than making gym badges with a friend okay.
Kizaki's also one of the people Kida keeps a careful distance with, but he does like him! He is just more of a 'man I want to do something fun today' friend as compared to a 'I am sad hug me' friend, in Kida's view.

There is a very large dose of "AHHH MIKADO I'VE MISSED YOU BE THE STABLE FACTOR IN MY LIFE" followed by "... oh crap Mikado's here and Izaya is too and also that tentacle monster that likes to get friendly with little boys". He's really missed Mikado, a LOT more than he will ever show, and it will be a lot like Mikado coming to Ikebukuro all over again, except with a lot more guarding because he can't let his best friend lose his virginity to a plant!
Mikado's virginity aside, he's both REALLY glad and really worried that he's here. The glad/relief/joy overrides most of the worry though and Mikado is going to have Kida stuck to him LIKE GLUE more often than not. :
