So... still pretty angsty. I think the highlight of my day was coffee with Robert. We talked about cool stuff and I was temporarily sated. We also sang each other our favorite songs, his mostly being by Ben Folds, and mine by Ani Difranco ( Read more... )

Robert. Congrats to Robert for at least correctly placing his bet in the arena of love, thus coming much closer than Val's rather pathetic guesses. While he did not correctly guess the particular subject of my romantic angst, I did express angst about the subject he mentioned in my subsequent journal entry. Overall, while not a bull's eye, a bang up job for a young man who regards himself "oblivious." Robert will redeem his prize in a photo session in which, with the aid of my trusty Pentax, I will make him look, as he wishes, "hot." As if he needed either my help or my camera's. Once again, congratulations.
