I think I'd go for the Opener. I bet I can read or knit when I'm waiting for people to want in or out.

I'd have to go with the The Chef. Cooking for me is very cathartic and typically on the ship the cooks get unrestricted access to the hooch. A little rum for the stew... a little rum for me.
