finally got round to doing it myself, because the other one was way too bright for my eyes- so comments, criticism, all that lark go here. btw it's not 100% complete at the time of posting, by the way, colours still need a bit of rearranging.

I have no idea how to even do that. I've spent 10 minutes trying to figure out why the comm I used to have this layout on (a icon comm no one cares about) has custom comment pages but this doesn't.
