Advice please!

Since losing (totally accidentally, by the way) a stone in weight, I have become pear shaped. I always used to have a typical hour glass figure, but since walking half an hour to and from work each day, weight has come off my boobs and tummy, but it has stayed the same on my hips, bum and thighs (God knows why, seeing as it is walking..!). I'm crap with advice! But maybe try to do certain excersises to tone these areas? I doubt you'll need to do much. I bet you look great already!

Well done on losing weight though.. it's such hard work!
I don't know what you could do to even yourself out a bit, but what has happened is probably that you've just started losing weight and it's come off your top. So if you continue to lose weight by just doing what you're doing then the rest should drop off too. Technically! xx

to be honest have absolutly NO idea. although my mum does have this machine in our house that tones your lovehandles, abs, thingas, and ur general bottom area ONLY. its called the "lateral thigh trainer" and saw it on one of those stupid info mercials that try to charge youshit loads of money [i think it was £80] but she found it on ebay for £30. so..yeah that might be a good investment.

If your naturally hour glassed you were probably at the right weightbefore you lost it! I found that out the hard way! When i was 8 st 7 I had huge hips and a tiny waist cos my figure isnt meant for that... I'm 5'5 and about 9 st 4 so if your taller than me i'd guess your ideal weight would be about 9 stone 10 or something cos your like 5'8 your quite a tallie! I've seen pics of you and you do look like you have the same shape as me so get stuffing! x
